1. Work-life balance is actually myth, employees work 10-12 hours daily. 2. Really fast pacing environment. 3. Less hikes 4. Too many process changes, almost every month the process would change. 5. Leadership changes impacting the teams and management. 6. Management is least bothered about employees, unless anyone resigns (Department & team level) 7. Lets employees leave so they can hire multiple employees with the same compensation as replacement, as long as compensation is less and you don't ask for more hike, you are good. 8. Office politics (comparably lesser than the other ones)
