Ventajas
Strikes the right balance b/w everything that is important for an employee 1) Pay ( Slight higher than average pay) 2) Career Oppurturnities ( Reasonably good career path for deserving individuals only) 3) Learning, mid level management doing everything to focus on learning and upgrading skills of employees 4) Best vacation policy on planet earth. I took a 12 day vacation by just sending an email to my manager without any discussion. manager never declines anybody from taking vacation. 5) Culture - very very apolitical, fair and almost always does the right thing. 6) Work life balance - Even workload, never forced to work overtime/weekends/late night. Many manager/directors sign out @ 5-6 PM every single day. 7) Work - Lastly the work is 100% technical, meaning no operation overhead, no support work, 1 Year release cycle ensure, everything is planned executed very professionally.
Desventajas
1) Very boring colleagues 2) It is all about work and only work. 3) No exposure to any other technology stack etc.
