Ventajas

Great co workers, work life balance, and salary. Company still has a good name in the corporate world. It is the industry standard.

Desventajas

Executive management is a merry go round. They hop on, make money, promote themselves and leave. They all praise each other but the results aren't there. Infa won't be Infa soon. We will be acquired. Benefits cost more each year. When is the last time they created a new profitable product? Not an acquisition, not a cloud version....

But we believe we have the team that will take us forward towards our mission to become the leading data management company in the world. They chose Informatica, coming from employers such as Oracle, IBM, SAS Institute and other blue-chip companies. Good news is, Gartner ranks us as the market leader in the important iPaaS (hybrid Cloud) category, so we have shown that we can - and do - lead when it comes to the latest technologies.
