      Ventajas

      Great company with even better benefits. Very supportive management, team leads, and team seniors to help answer any questions. The most supportive environment I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. Love this job! Day to day can be stressful sometimes with the new high volume but I have faith in the company trying their best to handle the situation.

      Desventajas

      The salary could be better/ increased.

      Ventajas

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Desventajas

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
