my mentor was unable to communicate with me clearly on how to actually advise to the clients, or rather was more focused on the selling part rather than the advise part. also, the environment felt very superficial, like i was part of some cult the structure of being a financial advisor means that your moral imperative to advise your clients accordingly is always at odds with your need for income, ie: you want money or you want to be helpful to your clients? the situations where these two goals nicely align is so rare that i probably have a higher chance of growing wings. why should the job be paid on a commission basis? that's just a recipe for disaster in the long run. the cherry on top is that they brainwashed me and managed to successfully ruin my chances of landing a good job. thanks guys ! much love

- Good product benefits has been slowingly removed. - Management focus on savings product, resulting product pushing - Manager focus on savings product that brings more number to team target, while not really focus on other needs.
