Micromanaging is a big thing. All of the managers and big wigs get hard over the idea of bringing in new (waste of time) systems and making your job hard and your life a misery. Inchcape boast customer service as the most important thing for them. Nobody here seems to give a monkeys about customer service. Trying to provide a good customer service here is a challenge, especially when your employer insists on extremely drawn out, long processes.
In sales, to take an enquiry, there are 7 steps to follow:
1-load to Inchcape system
2-push to Kerridge
3-update in Kerridge
4-complete a telephone form
5-write the same thing on an individual whiteboard and ensure the same is on kerridge (DUPLICATION).
6-update the managers constantly (micromanaging)
7-update team white board w/inquiries, test drives, offers, deals.
AND THATS JUST TAKING AN INQUIRY!
