My experience at Inbenta was extremely disappointing. The company lacks a cohesive go-to-market strategy, which creates constant confusion and inefficiency across teams. Leadership appears disconnected from the realities of the market and internal execution. Direction changes frequently, priorities are unclear, and there is no consistent vision that teams can align to. This leads to a reactive environment rather than a proactive one. From a product standpoint, the technology did not meet expectations. Positioning is often stronger than actual performance, which creates friction in sales cycles and erodes trust with prospects. The overall environment feels unstable, and decisions—including terminations—can come across as abrupt and lacking transparency.
