1. Management is absolutely useless. They don’t care about you.
2. Absolutely no communication from the management team down to the employees.
3. Be prepared to get no response back when you ask for time off in advance, after you have mentioned that family from out of state is coming in to town.
4. Be prepared to have your supervisor talk over you as you are in the middle of speaking. Your ideas do not matter.
5. The management team knows more about your job than you. Prepare for micromanagement on a whole other level.
6. If you are doing work that requires a clearance, be prepared to be working with people who are NOT cleared for the project.
7. INADEV does not consider what the market pays for your position. If they could, they would send all their work overseas.
