Ventajas
We did have a few bumpy years which left us with a pile of tech debt and some customer churn. We've just gone through a big re-org and unfortunately lay-offs so I understand that there will be some very upset people out there. However, those lucky ones who remain are in for a treat. The new C-suite are fantastic - they've set up a very clear vision on day one and the transparency in terms of our financial health and company goals is unprecedented. Also, the new benefits and bonuses are absolutely amazing.
Desventajas
The last few years under old leadership left us in a bit of a mess but nothing we can't turn around given our still solid customer base, great products, rockstar team, and committed leadership.
