Ventajas

The culture at InRule is phenomenal. They expect a lot from their employees and, as a result, have put together a truly amazing team. People know their stuff and know how to get things done. (We call it "Scrappy".) Employees also work together like a well-oiled machine. InRule instills a core value called "One-Team", which means help is given and received as needed. I can honestly say from our newest employee to our CEO, I've never asked for help and been told "No". I also feel like management and my co-workers genuinely care about me, personally and professionally. When COVID hit and schedules were thrown into chaos, management was flexible and supportive. Whenever a job is available here, I post it on LinkedIn and tell friends they would be lucky to work here.

Desventajas

There's no room for laziness. None. Time off is encouraged. Self-care is encouraged. Work-life balance is encouraged. Hard work is expected.

Competitive salary, standard benefits, a lot of remote opportunities, and a focus on the core business instead of “company culture” nonsense
