Ventajas
I've worked for four PT companies in my career and InReach has been head and shoulders above the others. I feel valued and supported both as a PT and as a director, and I know I can always go to my regional director if I have a problem and it will be addressed and not simply ignored due to inconvenience. I'm not pressured to see more patients than I feel comfortable treating. The opportunity to partner with InReach and own part of the clinic I'm at is a unique opportunity that I haven't seen at any other clinic and was one of the main reasons I decided to work for them over another clinic.
In Reach also prides themselves on ensuring their employees have a good work-life balance, and they've proved that to me in word and action since I've been here. Like all clinics, InReach tracks metrics, but they are used to show the great work you're doing in the clinic or look for ways to improve patient care, not as something to shove in the clinician's face and demand they improve their productivity/drop rate as is done in some companies. I truly feel like this is a company that wants to take care of its employees and partners, and I plan to stay at InReach for a long time.
Desventajas
The EMR is a little cumbersome and takes a bit longer than most to get used to. However, you can set up templates and once you get those in place, you're able to greatly speed up your documentation.
