      Ventajas

      Art and Design non-profit. Many connections to galleries and studios throughout Philadelphia. Flexible schedule. Bosses are rarely in the office. Usually only for meetings.

      Desventajas

      Catch22. Bosses are rarely in the office. The direction is slim to none and response times are very slow if at all. However, if you take it upon yourself to make decisions based on your experience, it is frowned upon, even though it is hard to get concrete answers from the "leadership".

      Ventajas

      A lot of art, working with art lovers and artists, varied, many hats, not monotonous

      Desventajas

      Low pay, small office means occasionally high stress and not much room to grow, sometimes unorganized management. Learned a lot.

      I had a terrible experience and was harassed by my supervisor.

      Desventajas

      Lots of screaming, expectation of frequent overtime with no overtime pay.
