Ventajas

Nice office, great location and skilled employees.

Desventajas

When I first started at Ineight they were improving, bringing on highly skilled people and putting a real effort into building a real software company. This has all changed, the current CTO is an old school Kiewit manager that does not have a technical bone in his body. Anyone that questions him is forced out of the company and if you are female then you are forced out of the company. Currently he is focused on getting rid of anybody that is non Kiewit and replacing with either Kiewit or outsource. I have never seen such a toxic place, the politics are just insane. Most of the Ineight employees left are looking, everyone is currently in survival mode and just keeping heads down. If you are thinking about coming to Ineight then have your head examined, this is the worst company in the valley… Stay clear

Ventajas

- Marketing leadership is top-notch - Company that is constantly looking to innovate - You get to work with big contruction

Desventajas

- The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

Ventajas

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Desventajas

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
