      Ventajas

      Hourly pay is amazing, plus holiday pay. We often have store meeting where there will be hot breakfast or doughnuts. My managers are very nice and understanding. Being able to promote quickly.

      Desventajas

      Late working nights, sometimes as late as 3:00 which I have never experienced as I can’t close yet.

      Ventajas

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Desventajas

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
