      Ventajas

      In N Out takes pride in the employees and product. They provide a great first job as well as room for growth. They hold monthly meetings and showcase outstanding employees. We had Christmas parties and small gifts from corporate.

      Desventajas

      A lot of cleaning. The busy atmosphere is great for some, but may be overwhelming to others.

      Ventajas

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Desventajas

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
