Ventajas
During my time at In-N-Out, I found the hours very flexible which allowed me to both work a healthy ammount of hours and persue school at the same time. The pay is very good for a beginning job and the company is well recognised for highering very good individuals who strive for the same quality and customer service that In-N-Out prides itself on.
Desventajas
The job is very fast paced and high stress at times. Tensions get high and sometimes people lose tempers. If you cannot control emotions, this will not be the place for you. With many employees, hours can be a bit stale if you do not try to progress to more helpful positions in the store, however progression to those higher levels takes much time and dedication to being better that what is being asked of.
