Ventajas
Really interesting place to work, lots of great projects working with top tier clients on a national level. Very talented staff from design to engineering. Ownership made an investment during the height of the pandemic to keep all employees on staff who wanted to stay even though there was little work and an uncertain future for the industry. Professional growth and upward mobility is encouraged.
Desventajas
Communication can be tough at times, things move very quickly and sometimes there are gaps. Work life balance can also be difficult especially during busy season, but that comes with the entertainment/ production field. Employees need to be self-motivated, management does not micromanage so if you can’t self direct it’s not a good fit.
