You even get regular face time with the CEO, which is pretty rare. The leadership actually cares about where things are going and wants people to grow. If you want to actually see what's possible with AI instead of just reading about it, this is the place.
Desventajas
It's fully remote so you don't really get face time with your team. If you're someone who needs in-person interaction or prefers traditional mentorship structures, it can feel isolating.
