Ventajas
Executives have an open-door policy, maintain a high degree of integrity and transparency, and are not afraid to get their hands dirty. The culture is one of innovation - they encourage you to fail - and personal growth - one of my favorite lines from the President is "you will not reach your full potential staying comfortable". Their turnover is so low that you feel the sense of pride and community reverberating throughout the office. From a business prospective, the company is in growth mode and one of the top performing companies in a steady industry (enterprise systems for P&C insurance) that will only continue to demand more and better technology to compete. Andy (President) has an equally strong understanding of insurance and technology, and is one of the most respected and forward-thinking minds in the industry.
Desventajas
Headquarters is south san jose, 11 miles from the Caltrain which can result in a bit of a commute. No convenient place to socialize with co-workers after work though for us folks with family obligations, maybe that's not such a bad thing:)
