      No Staff welfare, Safety and security of the team not given optimal attention as team works 247 and at odd hours t achieve 99.99% telecom equipment availability

      Desventajas

      No review of salary at all. Field service Engineers treated as slaves and the O & M department has created a system automatically compelling the field team to use their meager salary paid to me to work for the system.

      Timely payment of salary and it is fair when compared with competitions

      Desventajas

      You can put in a stellar performance and get nothing in return. They only employ the stick approach here for those who don't do well, carrot is always unavailable. No vertical growth whatsoever for employees
