The only positive is probably being a multinational company.
Desventajas
There is a lot that this company needs to change:
- They use mercer benchmark for their paygrades. but the job evaluations are done by someone who sits in Corporate HR in Italy and does not have any understanding of the local market.
- Transparency and Integrity are their written values which they dont even care about. The culture is gossip culture behind curtains. Who likes who or who does not get along well with who.
-your career path depends on who you report to and how close your manager is to Italy.
-the only conversation they have is cost saving. there minimum to none employee development plans, trainings etc.
