      Ventajas

      Provides employees with several opportunities to engage in business outlook/ business opportunity. Very big on professional training and personal development. They have great healthcare benefits, vacation time, community service time and sick time...yes sick time. You hardly find companies who give sick time separate from PTO.

      Desventajas

      I have not observed any negatives yet.

      Ventajas

      The company sets high standards and consistently deliver. The top level management is extremely smart and have a great sense of vision and planning. If you go to company social events, it is quite easy to have conversations with upper management people. Good company culture, efforts in ensuring good work life balance. The company really values your professional and personal development. Lots of free training and certification opportunities. Overall, a great place to grow your professional career.

      The company oversold its image, and lack of management effectiveness in government-facing meetings.
