      Ventajas

      In this position, you mainly in charge of the yield of the production line. Therefore, you have lots of chances to co-work with other function teams, and learn the knowledges about the semi-conductor process.

      Desventajas

      The technology of the TFT-LCD is still far from IC chips, that the products couldn't bring enough benefit. Always working over-time in this position.

      Cover a huge spectrum of display ranging from wearable to TV.

      Desventajas

      Too much chaos with the 3-in-1 merger and too political with executives on power struggle rather than having a vision to transcend Innolux to be a global company.
