Ventajas
The people I worked with, not for. I met some truly incredible, talented, and funny coworkers who made the daily chaos feel slightly less soul-crushing. These friendships were forged in the trenches of poor management and bad coffee, and they’re the only thing I’ll look back on with a shred of fondness. Seriously, 5 stars to the team—0 to the system that tried to break us.
Desventajas
Everything else? Yeah, that’s the problem. At this company, people are considered interchangeable units—like batteries, or Post-It notes. You’re a number on a spreadsheet, and if someone finds a cheaper number (or a better-looking spreadsheet), you’re gone faster than your onboarding ever was. There’s no structure—unless you count layers of confusion stacked precariously like a Jenga tower of bad decisions. Career growth? Only if you count “being asked to do your manager’s job for free” as advancement. No vision, no values, and no leadership—just a never-ending Monday with bonus messages at 10pm.
