1) Friendly Work environment 2) Always room for learning as each and every employee is willing to help and teach his or her ways of working. 3) Good co-ordination between the quality and employees.
Desventajas
1) Training time is short only of 15 days. 2) Feedback to employees regarding their work is provided not in healthy manner. 3) Poor co-ordination between quality and p\roduction department due to which sometimes employees feels that he or she is been exploited. 4) No employee retaining policy.
