      Ventajas

      The Ideematec Tracker solar system products are amazing and highly recommended. The technical staff is highly qualified. Keep up the good work.

      Desventajas

      1- The organisational culture is not inclusive at all. As an international employee your salary, appreciation, welcoming is always less than the German employees! 2- The organisational structure and the communication process is not clear enough. You need to empower leadership positions and give them more power to act.
