Ventajas

Talking to real people, mostly sick and/or elderly, and helping them with their scans/reports etc. If you have a good team of people working with you this can be a very rewarding job

Desventajas

A lot of coworkers, team leaders and bosses focused on KPI's and call times rather than the people they are caring for.

Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
