Major lack of ethics and basic professionalism. If you leave or resign, expect unprofessional and even unlawful behaviour as common practice. No autonomy. No growth. Low ball salaries as common hiring practice. Over working is the badge of honor but expect to be clock watched regardless - you will have no work life balance or flexibility. The values of the business are not true at all and not upheld by the CEO but you will be held to them anyway, as is the double standard of this business.
