Free coffee. Other interns are cool and nice to meet new people

Desventajas

They sucker you in with all these promises of income and subsidies but its all a lie. They can't pay because they have no money and when they will get money? - I don't think they even know. But they need labour which is why they lie to you which is understandable, but don't be so sly about it. Its good experience if you know what your doing to put on your C.V. if you don't then it will be a struggle as there's no one their to teach you and if they say they know people that will teach/help. Its BS Overall a crap place to work in.

Ventajas

It's a sweat shop, so you will produce a lot of work to help you get to a safe and paying job. However, the experience at HOPE is not worth it so just avoid.

Desventajas

You will be sexually harassed and you will never be paid. It's a cult and other interns are working blindly towards an unrealistic goal because of false promises and lies from the managers. Any positive review has been planted by the managers themselves or current interns who have been persuaded to do so. I know this because during my time there, I was asked to do the same because "it's a charity," so that somehow makes them beyond accountability. An incredibly toxic environment lead by scammers and liars. If you currently work there, leave as soon as possible.

Co-workers are nice and friendly.

Desventajas

More or less a sweatshop, won't help you grow career wise, better find something else to do.
