Ventajas
Absolutely none, there was more flexibility and less micro management in my first role as a kitchen porter when I was 16.
Desventajas
Where to start? Let's start at Micro-management... I was advised on day 1 how compulsory it was to clock on at the beginning of my shift and off at the end. For a sales role, really? Furthermore, if this was forgotten, you'd be chased up first thing in the morning from C-Suite asking why it hadn't been done the day previous. Commissions? Sounded great at the interview, not so great when in the role. If you're happy to get your commissions drip fed to you over a 3 year period, then you might like this role. Customer Centric? If this is you then this isn't the company for you. Development constantly promised and not delivered, it's all about getting deals in and NOTHING else. Product? A legacy, on-prem product that looks dated, is dated and is simply being over taken. Quickly. No ability for flexible working. If you weren't with clients, you were in the office. If you did need to work from home, your business case would need to be pretty bullet proof.
