They give to charity, by making employees pay out of pocket to wear jeans. They pay holiday pay. They employ anyone. They don't allow lazy people to remain lazy.
Desventajas
Absolutely NOTHING. Management doesn't manage. They lie about bonus structure to hire. They don't pay overtime while paying non-exempt salaries. They honor bad behavior. The do nothing to increase productivity.
