Ventajas

HindlePower offers many opportunities for their workers to advance. Education reimbursement, specialized training and focus on professional development are at the core. Many benefits like chef prepared lunches, safety shoe reimbursement, flex spending accounts are just some. There are multiple opportunities for cash incentives throughout the year such as gain sharing and holiday bonus. A focus on inclusion for all employees. There is a great effort to not have the "silos" that are common in most other manufacturing facilities. HindlePower offers this sense of inclusion to the employees’ family as well. Company picnics, multiple Christmas parties and photo sharing of special moments (first day of schools, Halloween costumes). There are no time clocks at HindlePower! Trust and respect for the employees is at the for front. If you need to change your schedule employees do so freely and are trusted that they will make up their time. A true focus on family first when issues arise. Overall, a fun, warm and encouraging place to work. Perfect size, everyone knows your name and are happy to see each other.

Desventajas

Most employees work with very little supervision. This can be challenging at times. You must be a self-starter and motivated.
