Ventajas

Great teammates, great tools/equipment, safety focused and a lot of opportunities to grow with the company if you’re motivated and show initiative. If you’re lazy and this job isn’t for you

Desventajas

DFW traffic or commute can be tough but aren’t all jobs these days unless you work from home

Ventajas

Owner- does not micro manage, likes to build leaders, gets involved with employees, and hits the field which in many companies I've worked for, owners boss people around and are never seen working in the field. Project Manager- is very knowledgeable of all aspects of business, Rope Access, and building maintenance. Business Developer- very knowledgeable about business, sales, and marketing and hits the field both cold calling and Rope Access Site Supervisors- Every Supervisor is trained weekly to become better leaders and are never bossy which makes a jobsite very comfortable to work All in all, a very good company to work with. If you're tired of bossy employers, always putting a foot over your head to allow you to grow, don't allow you to get hours on ropes, this is the company that you want to be in because everything you want in a company is here.

Desventajas

Not enough people want to or can do Rope Access which sets the company back from growing rapidly.
