Ventajas

great brands fun events (sometimes) you meet lots of people

Desventajas

there is NO money in this business - at least for 90% of the reps. if you're cool with working non-stop mornings, nights, weekends, holidays for less than $25k a year...then have at it. The amount of stress I feel on a daily basis is ridiculous. You can NEVER get away from work. You're life IS this job. I've missed out on so much (birthdays, vacations- not even sure what those are, dinners, weddings, etc). If you hate your life, friends, family, and hobbies, then this is the job for you. Also, be prepared to get fat from drinking and eating in your accounts (expected of you, with no reimbursement).

Ventajas

Career advancement because everyone keeps leaving or getting fired? That's all I can think of.

Desventajas

Leadership-CONTINUOUSLY tries to fix a problem they created with poor decisions with another poor decision. So very hard on employees. Have you running ragged. You are not a sales representative. You are a glorified merchandiser. Because of poor decisions by leadership, customers are very angry and take it out on you. Management puts so much fear of getting fired into the employees, you never feel grounded or stable. I haven't worked there in 6 months and still have stress dreams about that place. They DO NOT support their employees OR customers. It USED to be a great place to work that I would happily refer a friend to. If you dont want to hurt your mind and body, stay away.
