Innovative ideas and solutions for customers, good scope of learning, family type environment, casual dress code, free thinking at work, easy approach to employees and management
Desventajas
Very small company so no team structure, every person works beyond his/her job profile, not a good pay master, no annual reviews and appraisals, no proper customer support system for day and night shift, expects everyone to work on call during day and night at a very minimum rate and no compensatory day off for being on call on long weekends. Felt favoritism and biased attitude many times
