Ventajas

Paid on time, great contemporaries to work with, the company pays for your additional states in the Health insurance position, equipment provided by the company.

Desventajas

Was originally hired on for Medicare but put into the Affordable Care Act plans division (no-one in my team was told before day one of training), poor training in respect to our actual job duties (ACA/IFP applications), delayed responses from supervisors in the chat, witnessed discrimination/differential treatment from one supervisor to her subordinate constantly, any suggestions you give to help improve the pain points agents deal with were seldom acknowledged, escalations were call avoided by supervisors, low morale in the department, several agents unbeknownst were making several errors on applications and thus misinforming customers daily (lack of training), ultimately the company didn't care if a customer made a false complaint they can still dismiss you without considering the ramifications or all the hard work you put in and suffered through. Bottom line: consider working somewhere else if you respect yourself enough to not be left high and dry. This seems to be the norm and company policies are usually against you to begin with.

Ventajas

There are none since the beginning of the year besides being remote.

Desventajas

This company has shown a complete lack of loyalty to the experienced agents who built their success. Instead of supporting staff through tough market changes, management has resorted to driving out seasoned agents to absorb and keep their books of business. Predatory Contract Structures: They are actively running through mass layoffs and replacing experienced professionals with new agents who don't know any better. These new hires are put on volatile, short-term quarterly contracts that management constantly alters to the company’s benefit. Shrinking Revenue & Cut Commissions: A massive influx of carriers are moving plans to non-commissionable structures, and the company offers zero protection or stability against these drops. Massive Provider & Plan Friction: Major hospital networks and doctors are dropping Medicare Advantage plans entirely, and carriers are shifting heavily toward strict HMO models that doctors and clients hate. It makes retention nearly impossible.
