They put you for training that lasts about three months. They also pay for licensing and appointments which doesn’t make sense for how quick they will fire you but hey gotta look at the positives... right?

Everything. When I first started working there I thought this was a stable job where they actually cared about keeping their employees, and when I read all the terrible Glassdoor reviews & Indeed reviews, my first thought was that those people were just slacking... so I took a chance because I said to myself I’m an overachiever and I can do the work!! I was W R O N G! I have worked my butt off to pass all the tests and things they want you to take, only for you to become disposable. Unorganized doesn’t even begin to cover the lack of structure in this company. The supervisors are all Not knowledgeable, and they are very hostile. One day they tell you to do one thing, the next day someone will tell you to do the absolute opposite. They will make you feel like if you aren’t performing that it’s something you’re doing, instead of taking responsibility for company errors. It was very disheartening to have many supervisors ask you to skip your lunch or your break. This is a COLD CALLING job, I found 80% or more of the clients we called had no idea we were calling, or were very angry by the calls so it made it hard to get sales without pressuring or forcing people to enroll in the policies. I found lots of people doing anything to “get the sale” and this really explains why the health care system is the way it is in America, because you have companies like this who swindle their employees and customer into thinking they’re “doing good things” and “helping people” when that is not the case. They will ask you to skip lunches, breaks, and over-work yourself to “meet the goals” which for many are impossible to meet. They use the “top performers” to make an example out of those who aren’t performing instead of focusing on those areas and showing you personally how to overcome them. It’s THE single worst company I’ve ever worked with and I’m so disappointed in how disposable they treat their employees.

There are none since the beginning of the year besides being remote.

This company has shown a complete lack of loyalty to the experienced agents who built their success. Instead of supporting staff through tough market changes, management has resorted to driving out seasoned agents to absorb and keep their books of business. Predatory Contract Structures: They are actively running through mass layoffs and replacing experienced professionals with new agents who don't know any better. These new hires are put on volatile, short-term quarterly contracts that management constantly alters to the company’s benefit. Shrinking Revenue & Cut Commissions: A massive influx of carriers are moving plans to non-commissionable structures, and the company offers zero protection or stability against these drops. Massive Provider & Plan Friction: Major hospital networks and doctors are dropping Medicare Advantage plans entirely, and carriers are shifting heavily toward strict HMO models that doctors and clients hate. It makes retention nearly impossible.
