      Ventajas

      Some freedom in technical support if manager supports you. You can gain some healthcare domine.

      Desventajas

      Everyone works in fear of being the next to be laid off. Feedback is often weaponized instead of being constructive. Environment is tense and unwelcoming. Employees will vanish without any notice. Forceful resignations is frequently happening in the company.

If colleagues are fearful or feel victimized by feedback, they should speak to their People Business Partner for guidance, as this is not the culture we want to create.       Ventajas

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

      Ventajas

      Get to work with multiple clients/health care companies. Good exposure.

      Desventajas

      Employees are overworked. Not enough resources to do a good job.

      Thank you for the feedback and honest review. Work-life balance is extremely important to us, to ensure our employees have time off and a personal life away from work. Sorry you felt overworked, but glad you saw the value in our customers and clients.
