      Ventajas

      The product is good. Great learning curve.

      Desventajas

      Poor Leadership. Underpaid. Overworking the subordinates. Little to no training during onboardin process. Processses keep changing with no clear goal.

      Sorry you were dissatisfied with leadership and salary during your time at HealthEdge. We perform annual salary exercises to ensure we are commensurate with the market, and both front-line employees and managers receive training and options for continued development throughout their careers.       Ventajas

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

      Ventajas

      Get to work with multiple clients/health care companies. Good exposure.

      Desventajas

      Employees are overworked. Not enough resources to do a good job.

      Thank you for the feedback and honest review. Work-life balance is extremely important to us, to ensure our employees have time off and a personal life away from work. Sorry you felt overworked, but glad you saw the value in our customers and clients.
