Ventajas

free catered lunches everyday, that sometimes fail to show up or go to the wrong office.

Desventajas

-low pay -efficiency metric that takes away 25% of your commission if you don't make a sale on the first call. you won't hit commission in your first year +. -targets change weekly -long hours -work weekends -stock with super high strike price, payouts won't be big at all (but they speak of it like it's gold) -work place discrimination -there's no such thing as specialized rates or getting discounted life insurance
