Ventajas
The People are fantastic. The Software that we sell/support/integrate is put together incredibly well. The Company supports and encourages its staff. Days and projects are varied and always interesting. Company truly supports work/life balance.
Desventajas
The Configurable Nature of our software, and the exacting nature of the regulations put upon our clients means no two clients are the same, and no software config is the same. Learning is hard, but rewarding... There are no manuals for a clients current (Local) regulatory climate. This makes for a steep learning curve, It is definitely not boring though and the staff support is really incredible. With the nature (and amount) of the work, work/life balance is a bit more work than life.... But again, the work is rewarding and life is good.
