Desventajas
- Long hours, lack of training, and Austere work environment. Management was too serious and took the fun out of work. Some upper level positions would be given to co-workers that came from previous companies. Micro-management is very common in the firm. Departments are very narrowly focused, leaving lower level employees in the grey about important changes and information. -Firm puts so much emphasis on investment team, making other departments feel inferior. - Lack of younger employees. -Need to be at the firm for 5 years to get full 401k matches, or other incentives. -Firm puts so much emphasis on investment team, making other departments feel inferior. -Tenured employees tend to be immune from criticism of errors.
