Ventajas
After 3 months of working at H&R transport, here is what I have to say. H&R Transport is the most nurturing environment I have ever been in. I have never seen a culture where the manager and the team members are so understanding.
H&R transport works as a open door office policy. You can come to the managers office anytime you feel like when you have an issue. It's something that I was never use to, but I getting accustomed to now.
My team is a bunch of positive folks who actually genuinely try to help, of course there are good days and bad days, but no organization is perfect and this is definitely one of the better ones out there.
In most workplaces, we always wish for a good manager, and I am glad i have the best one out there. My manager, Blaine, understands and supports me whenever required and always has time to listen to my queries.
Myself being new in the organization, my manager is open to the idea of making mistakes and learning from it. This place has definitely been a great experience and I look forward to being here for a long time
