Desventajas
#1 The training is lacking, it is forced at the end of the year when most of us are busy with holiday plans. #2 Barely anything during the summer, not really clear as to what we need to do to move up levels. #3 the Rara! meetings pushing us to sell....sell...sell....get really old. Supposedly we make bonus for selling....I have yet to see this, even though I have been one of the top sellers. #4 Some of our managers need to learn people skills. #5 The pay scale is pitiful and complex. #6 To force us to hit the pavement and bring in customers, that we are our own contractors and then give us W2s and tell us that we cannot take our clients when we leave is a little bit of a contradiction and laughable.
