Examples include: - Resources are being pulled from us while still demanding high KPIs - Promised promotion has been delayed till god knows when - No exact number (KPIs) for promotion criteria - Late payments for commissions - Higher managements choosing to change policy as and when fits and the bottom suffers Working here just feels grey with most having no motivation to push since there is nothing to benefit from it. Oh yes, buying of plants during Earth Day just to market it on the social media #Greenwashing. Can't believe people actually support this.
