      Ventajas

      The residents were amazing and just trying to get what they signed their lease for and that was almost impossible.

      Desventajas

      Management. Yikes. The entire situation was a terrible experience and micromanagement at its all time high. No actual training. Most staff don’t know what they’re doing to train new staff. Hopefully the owner really takes a deep dive one day soon. Highly not recommended.

      Commission on top of base pay. Healthcare options

      Desventajas

      They have you use your personal vehicle and do not give mileage or maintenance stipends. The inconsistent expectations from one team member to the other and one office to the next.
