Ventajas

coworkers, we’re accommodating to let me work from home when there was a family emergency

Desventajas

customers were verbally abusive and management did nothing to help us in these situation. Would have to verify with a supervisor that they will take a callback from a customer even before offering a callback to a customer which I find very tedious and redundant. The sudden shift from one job type to another with no warning and little to no prior training.
