Some of the people are cool to work with.

Desventajas

The positive reviews on this site are the product of insiders trying to salvage their reputation and paint the company in a light that benefits them. The company has a bloated bureaucracy that makes government look efficient.

Ventajas

Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

Desventajas

Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.
