Ventajas

Set hours and benefits. Decent work/life balance.

Desventajas

There is absolutely no room for growth or opportunity to advance. There is no set time frame for pay raises. I received 3 within one month and then not for 3 years. The managers expect a lot in terms of dropping everything and working an office across town on a dime's notice. Customers are also a huge problem. It's low cost, high risk insurance and you definitely see that with the customers. No one expects they should have to wait their turn and curse you out daily. It's stressful and there's no appreciation shown for what you go through on a daily basis. Employer does not match 401K contributions which isn't a huge deal but still....
