Ventajas
The most rewarding job of my 34 years as a software engineer. Great people to work with. No inflated egos or toxic personalities. Management is 100% transparent and always shares the good, the bad and the ugly. Fortunately it's all been really good lately. Everyone, all the way up to the CEO, instills a culture of integrity, respect and enthusiasm. The problems our software solves and solutions we are building are interesting and challenging. We have so much more that we want to do. The potential for this company is huge now that we're able to grow.
Desventajas
As most startups, we've had some growing pains, but the pros have always overshadowed the rough spots.
